The scope of work included architectural and civil, process, electrical and instrumentation parts as well as commissioning.
The following was performed to implement the work pack:
- Dismantling of old vessels, including dismantling of instruments and instrument utilities as well as electrical elements, piping and dismantling of steel structures.
- Installation of new vessels, including installation of instruments and instrument utilities as well as electrical elements, piping, installation of steel structures, and commissioning.
Vessel replacement activities were performed during TA 2021 duration of which was 34 days. Prior to TA, a number of preparatory activities were executed, namely: welding and installation of piping, steel structures and service platforms, installation of foundations, preparation of sites for construction and installation works, installation of scaffolds, check for defects and repair of vessel foundations, transportation of vessels to a temporary area near Unit-3, preparatory activities for installation of instrumentation.
