One of construction and installation works stage at oil and gas facilities is the preparation of the pipes surfaces, vessels and other structures for further application of protective coatings. Our specialists clean the surfaces using sand as an abrasive agent, blowing compressed air with a high speed through the injector (nozzle) on the item being cleaned.

Application of protective compounds on the pipes surface, metal products is also part of the work performed by our company.

Anti-corrosion insulation is also part of the work performed by our specialists. As a rule, the pipelines delivered to the construction site are already insulated, however, in areas of welds, joints and other sections it is necessary to install insulation in the field. We use primers, tapes with bituminous sublayer, multilayer coatings with extruded polyethylene and other types of insulation according to the requirements of the client’s specifications.

Our company also installs insulation on process equipment and pipes.

We are able to carry out the above work on the territory of our production yard, where we have special workshops, and directly at the client’s facilities.
