Welding in the oil and gas industry requires the highest quality of welded joints, clear organization of all work stages, strict compliance with welding procedures, safety and labour protection requirements.
The use of modern technologies and equipment for welding, as well as high qualification of Syrlasu LLP specialists ensure the performance of welding operations in accordance with international standards for pipelines up to 30″, wall thickness up to 64 mm and working pressure over 10 MPa.
For fabricating and repairing pipelines, the main welding processes are gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), as well as a combination of these processes (GTAW+SMAW). For welding of critical metal structures GMAW (gas metal arc welding) and FCAW (flux cored arc welding) are used.
The company’s vast experience in welding of carbon, low-alloy, heat-resistant, stainless and nickel steels pipes allows us to constantly maintain the high qualification of welders and specialists, as well as to upgrade and use modern equipment of the leading world companies. Our company has an equipped production yard, where welders undergo regular trainings and practices using automatic welding recorders.
